Jon Stewart Explains That The Problem With Cap And Trade

Jon Stewart, late night host of the Daily Show, had a great segment on his show a couple of weeks ago that explained the PR problem with any cap and trade carbon program.  The darn thing is really confusing and boring (just like health care!), thus making it simply unmarketable.  Funny skit that is tinged with the most observant and truthful reflections.
