Charles E. Weaver, CPA

Charles E. Weaver Certified Public Accountant Charles Weaver has been a practicing public accountant since 1970. He received his accounting education at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He then served as the managing partner of a regional firm headquartered in San Francisco and left to establish his El Cerrito office in 1983. He is active in civic affairs, serving since 1984 as the Treasurer and now Secretary/Treasurer of the El Cerrito Chamber of Commerce and is a past president of the El Cerrito Rotary Club. After serving in the Vietnam conflict in the U.S. Navy, he married his wife, Janet. They reside in Oakland and have two children - Mary and Daniel.

Linda S. Mullen Enrolled Agent Linda has been with the firm since 1989. In 1994 she sat for the rigorous enrolled agent's exam with the Internal Revenue Service and passed with flying colors. In addition to her duties as a tax specialist, she counsels many businesses in financial matters. She is a graduate of Richmond High School, Contra Costa College and Heald Business College. Her extracurricular activities include organizing, coaching and managing women's softball leagues. She is a Richmond native who resides in Concord with her husband, Larry, three cats, a dog and a parrot.  

Ellen Kelly Administrative Assistant Ellen joined our firm in late 1997.  She is the primary point of contact with the firm.  You will find her cheerful,  helpful, and knowledgeable.  She books tax appointments for Charlie and Linda and is available to help with the necessities of filing a tax return.  She is the final quality reviewer in our professional tax preparation process.  Ellen's background includes post graduate work at U.C. Berkeley to go with a B.A. in Business Education from Pasadena College and an A.A. in Business-Secretarial Science from Contra Costa College.  We are lucky to have someone with Ellen's background on our team.
