Trudee Lunden: Green Songwriter

Meet Trudee Lunden.

Trudee Lunden is a writer, marketer, and songwriter with a passion for the environment.  Not only does Trudee live a green lifestyle, but she integrates her love for the planet in her songwriting.  Trudee has co-written 2 songs about electric cars:  Wired and Electricity.

Trudee's environmental interests expand beyond her songwriting.  She has worked in the LOHAS sector handling Green Marketing/Business Development for Clean Agency & Environmental Motors.

Trudee explains her enthusiasm for electric cars:  "What got me interested in electric cars was selling NEVs (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles) at Environmental Motors, with top speeds of 25-45 mph (depending on the model). My first week on the job I also saw the film Who Killed The Electric Car? and a CNN special called 'We Were Warned: Out of Gas.'

"I learned the Transportation Sector contributes a whopping 40% to greenhouse gas and global weirding! All this became my motivation to create songs as enlightened entertainment promoting EVs to change consumers' mindsets about alt-fuels. EVs bring a new excitement to the driving experience & are better for the environment than using gasoline or internal combustion engines."
